CURATED CURRICULUM
Eight Dates: Building a Foundation for a Lifetime Together
Marriage doesn't come with an instruction manual, but it does get a lot easier when you have the right conversations.
Over eight weeks, you and your partner will explore the proven principles from Eight Dates: Essential Conversations for a Lifetime of Love by John and Julie Gottman. Guided by a trained facilitator and surrounded by other couples in a similar season of life, you'll engage in meaningful conversations about topics that matter most—from trust and communication to dreams, family, intimacy, and shared purpose.
This isn't a lecture, counseling session, or homework-heavy course. It's a chance to slow down, connect with your partner, and invest in the relationship you're building together. Along the way, you'll gain practical tools, evidence-based insights, and greater confidence in navigating marriage as a team.
Come ready to learn, laugh, share a few date nights, and build a foundation that will support your relationship for years to come.
